Legacy Hair Collection was established in 2019 by Ju'Dasha Carter. We strive to sell quality and affordable hair extensions. Our luxury bundles are 100% virgin hair and can be reused multiple times.

Policies:

At this time, we do NOT accept returns due to COVID-19. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you will receive a credit for your next purchase.

NO refunds on hair that has been altered.

Shipping:

After placing an order, please allow 1 day for your order to be processed. If you are paying with Klarna or Sezzle, allow 2 business days for your order to be processed. Klarna and Sezzle payments can not be used when placing next day shipping orders. If you are wanting to pay for next day shipping, please contact me first. Please allow 2-3 days for USPS/UPS to get your package to you. Once your order has been confirmed, I will provide you with a tracking number so that you'll be able to locate the package.

Once your order has been shipped, I cannot determine when it will arrive. That is completely up to the shipping carrier. Please order your hair before your appointments, I will not be held responsible if your hair does not make it before your appointment. I will not be issuing refunds for that reason.
